English For All was created as part of the Cyberstep Project.
The Cyberstep Project was funded by the United States Department of Education to meet the challenge of creating and distributing multimedia learning materials for the hardest-to-serve ABE and ESL adult learners.
English For All was developed by the Division of Adult Career Education (DACE) of the Los Angeles Unified School District.
